4 Billion Emails a Day
How to make messages stand out in the inbox!
August
13, 2008
Each day, up to 4 billion email messages are processed through
Internet Service Providers. 90% of those messages are SPAM and
threaten the chances of marketers ever reaching target recipients.
But what happens when your email does get delivered? Does it
stand out and really get read? Find out why relevancy matters
and what you can do to help stand out in the inbox.
Email
is usually the single most cost efficient marketing tool to
generate incremental activity from existing customers. This
includes, selling more of the same product or service, selling
other products or services and perhaps most importantly, building
loyalty. Loyalty also results in referrals, which typically
serves as the lowest cost to acquire new customers.
According
to the Direct Marketing Association: "Commercial
email's ROI will hit $45.65 for every dollar spent in 2008."
How
do B2B & B2C marketers make their messages stand out?
