Joe Bartletts practice focuses on financings
and merger and acquisitions, representing both
investors and issuers in transactions involving
public and private companies.
Kevin joined RLH in 2005 after having over six
years of corporate finance and growth equity experience.
He was previously at Primus Capital and First
Union Securities. He focuses on business services
and high value added manufacturing. Kevin earned
a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and an
M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at
Northwestern University. On

Mark Friedler is CEO and co-founder of Gigex, Inc./GameDaily,
a leading provider of video game news, reviews,
video and downloads. He is a frequent speaker and
panelist at industry trade gatherings including

by Microsoft, IQPC, Jupiter Communications, Digital

was chairperson for IQPC's conference "Best
Practices for Marketing, Selling and Distributing
Software over the Internet." Previously, Friedler
was Director of Marketing at Reach Networks, Inc
from 1994 to 1995; there, he managed marketing and
sales of integrated services to Fortune 500 clients.

Ms.
Heiss is a Senior Vice President in the Technology
Investment Banking practice leading various sectors
within communications, enterprise software, interactive
entertainment and semiconductors, and brings 14
years of experience providing merger, acquisition,
buyout, private placement, capital market and valuation
advisory services to public and private technology
companies. Prior to joining Wedbush Morgan, Ms.
Heiss was a Director with Pharus Advisors and PricewaterhouseCoopers
Securities, where she provided M&A and private
placement services to a range of technology clients.
Ms. Heiss served on the board of directors for Siliconix,
Inc. (NASDAQ: SILI) a leading power semiconductor
manufacturer where she co-chaired the audit and
compensation committees. Ms. Heiss began her career
as a CPA performing audit services for a top tier
accounting firm. Ms. Heiss earned an MBA from the
Darden Graduate School of Business at the University
of Virginia and a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania
State University.
Jay
Molloy has, for more than three decades,
assisted clients with issues faced by
entrepreneurial and middle market companies,
including: mergers, acquisitions and divestitures;
joint ventures; public and private equity
and debt financings; complex contractual
matters; business formation; and tax planning.
His clients include healthcare providers,
software and hardware development companies,
service and maintenance firms, telecommunications
firms, medical device manufacturers, Internet
companies, measuring devices manufacturers,
and research and development partnerships
involving the makers of robotics, supercomputers,
digital switches, laser disc equipment
and CAD/CAM systems. Mr. Molloy also has
experience in animated film production,
avionics, construction, food distribution,
metal fabrication and child care.
Mr.
Molloy earned a B.S. in Accounting from
the University of Southern California
in 1968 and his J.D. from the University
of Southern California Law School in 1972.
He is admitted to practice law in California
and before the United States Supreme Court,
the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit,
the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District
Court, Central District of California.
He is a member of the Los Angeles Chapter
Committee of the Technology Council of
Southern California and a member of the
American Bar Association and the State
Bar of California.
Jim
is a Partner at Singer Lewak Greenbaum &
Goldstein LLP, Certified Public Accountants
& Management Consultants, where he works
in the firms Assurance & Advisory
Department and the Securities Industry Practice
Group. Jim is responsible for emerging growth
companies, publicly held companies as well
as established Middle Market companies.
Jim
has over seven years of experience providing
financial services to companies in numerous
industries, including entertainment
and media, telecommunications, technology,
software, manufacturing and distribution.
In addition, he has significant experience
with publicly traded companies, and
their filing and registration requirements
including the provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley
Act of 2002 (SOX). He also has consulting
experience in a variety of areas including,
systems consulting, cost management,
and corporate restructurings, mergers
and acquisitions.
Jim
has been a Chief Financial Officer where
he gained experience with inventory management,
internal and external reporting, strategic
planning, product line management, and
formulating financial and capital structure
decisions.
Jamie
Somes is active in the digital media, IT (with software
emphasis), consumer and related technology areas as
a financial advisor and principal. Jamie is a founder
and Senior Managing Director of Alexander Dunham Capital,
a boutique merchant bank (with a broker/dealer subsidiary)
advising growth-stage to middle market western states
companies on capital formation (public and private
companies), acquisitions, mergers, and general corporate
finance issues. Previously, he helped establish Security
Pacific's west coast mezzanine fund. In addition,
he was a Vice President at Citicorp's Leveraged Capital
Group in Los Angeles and at Citicorp's Asian Merchant
Bank in Hong Kong. Also, he was a Managing Director
and Founder of Ambient Capital Group, a middle market
Investment Bank. He began his finance career at Morgan
Guaranty Trust Company (J.P. Morgan). He has originated,
structured and placed over 80 leveraged transactions,
acquisitions, private equity and mezzanine transactions
amounting to over $5 Billion over the past 20 years.
He has founded 4 companies and served as a director
in 8 companies, including Liquid Audio (NasdNM: LQID)
where he had been Chair of the Special Committee and
subsequently, company Chairman and led its restructuring.
He has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from
Columbia University (and MS in Urban and Regional
Planning under the Joint Masters Program at Columbia).
