Judy Chee, Sr. Human Capital Consultant at Microsoft.
Judy Chee, Sr. Human Capital Consultant with over 17 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. She is currently developing the overarching strategy workforce retention plan for a joint venture between Microsoft-Accenture called Avanade, Inc. helping them scale and double Avanade's workforce. Judy has worked extensively in the technologies, healthcare, and entertainment industries. She is currently gaining a "green belt" certification in Six Sigma and has a B.S. Psychology with an emphasis in business administration from CSUN.

Ed Johnson, Vice President, Human Resources at Newegg.com
Global Human Resources Executive with a strong record of accomplishment and leadership in both domestic and international high tech organizations. Ed has an extensive background with technology companies. He has worked at Quest Software, Solectron, Johnson & Co. and Merisel in leadership positions. MBA, SPHR.

Brian Lim, CEO of Atomate Corporation
Brian Lim, CEO, leads the Atomate team as its president while also performing the duties of marketing, sales, and business development. Brian was the VP of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management at NanoDevices (acquired by Veeco Instruments). This company was first to market with a system specifically designed for carbon nanotube research, and it developed innovative products used in imaging nanostructures with the atomic force microscope. Under Brian's leadership in sales and marketing, this company established strong customer relationships across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Brian has also served as the VP of Engineering and Product Development at Alpha Virtual; VP of Marketing and Business Development at Broadware; Director of Product Marketing at StarDivision (acquired by Sun Microsystems); and Product Manager at Sun Microsystems. Brian also worked at NASA-JPL for 8 years managing the development of mission-critical devices for Earth orbiting science instruments and spacecraft mission to Mars and Saturn. Brian earned a MS in Management and Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management and School of Engineering and a BSME, also from MIT.

Diana Waters, President of Infuse Partners
Diana Waters, founder and President of Infuse Partners, has more than 20 years recruitment experience in all aspects, including retained executive search, technical recruiting, contract recruiting, agency, job shop, and consultant. Focused primarily on technology-based firms, but for the entire breath of positions, she handles all disciplines with an attention to strategy, methodology, and getting the best performers for her clients. She has built professional associations, and serves on our Technology Council of Southern California Los Angeles Chapter Board.

Prior to founding Infuse Partners, Ms. Waters was Regional Business Development Manager for Challenger, Gray & Christmas, the executive outplacement firm. Beforehand, Diana was an Account Manager for XXCAL, an IT contract labor provider. Ms. Waters received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Executive Program in Management from the Anderson School.

Dan Wetzel, Managing Director of Pearl Meyer & Partners
Dan has more than 15 years consulting experience in the field of compensation and benefits, specializing in the area of executive compensation. He advises clients in the areas of executive and board compensation, the development of effective annual and long-term incentive compensation programs, reasonableness of compensation related to IRS and DCAA assessments, and compensation plan design during acquisitions and IPOs.

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer & Partners, Mr. Wetzel was Watson Wyatt Worldwide’s Southern California Practice Leader for Executive & Incentive Pay. Before joining Watson Wyatt in 1997, Dan was a consultant for seven years at KPMG LLP specializing in compensation and related issues. Mr. Wetzel received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
