Technology Council Orientation Meeting

Purpose of Meeting:

The purpose of the orientation is to give you an opportunity to find out how to get involved in the programs, committees and services that we bring to our Technology Council members. Both new and non-members are encouraged to attend! There is no charge to attend, but you must register so we can RSVP to the luncheon hosts.

Some of the topics discussed include:

  • What is the Technology Council and what is its purpose?
  • Technology Council history and background.
  • What companies make up the Technology Council membership?
  • How to network within the Technology Council.
  • Events and special conferences.
  • Chapters and how to get involved on the local level.
  • Leveraging your membership to attract funding.
  • How to increase your company's visibility through membership.
  • First steps: How to get plugged in to the Technology Council and what involvement opportunities are available.

Come meet some of the people behind the great services, activities and programs provided by the Technology Council. Find out about our groups and how to get involved. Learn about our link to new employees, legal, accounting and consultant referrals, media contacts, venture sources and more. And give your feedback for the planning of upcoming events. You'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, get involved and learn how to leverage your membership for maximum benefit.

Membership orientations are complimentary and are hosted at TCOSC member companies.

Attendance requirements:

  • Must be employed by a technology or professional services company
  • One representative per company
  • Must pre-register by May 3rd at 5:00 PM
