Strategic
Alliances-What Works, What Doesn't, and Why
February

Strategic
Alliances-What Works, What Doesn't, and Why Presented By Phil
Harding Chairman and CEO Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc.
Strategic alliances, ranging from customer-supplier relationships
to joint venture companies, can provide a business with the
strategic ingredients needed to accelerate the growth of its
top and bottom lines in ways it couldn't with only its internal
resources. But how do you select the alliance best for
your company and then maximize its chances of success?
At our February 20 meeting, Phil Harding, Chairman and CEO of
MFLEX, will explore the range of strategic alliances and share
his experiences regarding what makes alliances successful as
well as what makes them fizzle or fail. He will present a framework
for thinking creatively about strategic partnerships.
Phil will spice his presentation with many concrete examples
and anecdotes from his career, during which he has grown several
successful technology companies by employing alliances.
