Competing in a Crowded Market: Creating a Unique Value Proposition

Does your company compete with similar companies for the same customers? Do you find it difficult to tell prospects why your company is unique and different from the rest? Does your marketing material have the same basic content as your competition? Then you need to create and communicate a unique value proposition that helps you stand out from the crowd.

This program will cover:

  • Mapping your competitive market
  • Determining your unique value
  • Creating messaging that brings that value home
