Klein is a partner in the Century City office of Sheppard Mullin
Richter & Hampton LLP. He assists technology and other clients
with acquisitions, strategic alliances and transactions, financings
and licensing. He lectures nationally on negotiation, legal
and business topics to business leaders, lawyers, investment
bankers and entrepreneurs. Mr. Klein is a frequent guest lecturer
at the UCLA Anderson business school and writes for industry
and legal publications, including the Harvard Business Review.
