About Technology Council Societies
The formation of Societies is a new strategic path for the Technology Council. Societies will be created by vertical markets and/or by work disciplines. The purpose of Societies is to provide an ongoing peer-to-peer network within vertical markets, work education and resources.
Societies will meet monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly in Los Angeles County and Orange County regions of Southern California. Societies will be managed by Technology Council sponsors, staff and volunteers from our membership.
Societies by Work Disciplines:
Entrepreneurs Society
The mission of the Entrepreneurs Society is to educate, inspire and support entrepreneurs. We will provide an intimate environment to discuss issues specific to entrepreneurs. Successful repeat entrepreneurs and CEO's will be guest speakers and a round table discussion will follow the speakers presentation.
Financial Executives Society
The mission of the Financial Executives Society is to form a community of executives to discuss struggles and best practices within their work discipline. Activities will include round table discussions, guest speakers and moderators for topics of interest. We will provide education, knowledge-transfer, and networking in the fields of tax, finance and accounting to the owners and decision makers of technology firms. Participation is limited to CFO, Controllers and business executives that manage the financial operations of their business.
Impact! Marketing & Sales Society
The mission of the Impact! Marketing & Sales Society is to help marketing professionals create value for their companies. To do this, we offer relevant programs that present the latest marketing techniques and tools using the insight of technology marketing peers.
