TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA NAMES MAGNIFY360 “BEST OF SHOW” AT VENTURENET™ 2008 

Thirteenth Annual Capital Conference Attracts Nearly 500 Investors and Senior Executives from the Region’s Leading Technology Companies 

TORRANCE, Calif. – Sept., 2008 – The Technology Council of Southern California, www.tcosc.org, today announced that Magnify360 was voted “Best of Show” at VentureNet™ 2008, the region’s premier capital conference for technology companies. Magnify360 received top honors following in-depth presentations by 13 of the most promising new technology companies in the region.

The Best of Show award was voted on by a select group of investors, who reviewed each company against six criteria, including:

  • Most innovative product or service
  • Most promising company
  • Most compelling value proposition
  • Most promising executive team
  • Best investment opportunity
  • Best presentation

“VentureNet™ 2008 featured tremendous presentations from 13 technology organizations that are positioned for a very bright future operating in the Southern California region,” said Catrina Luedtke, executive director, Technology Council of Southern California. “Magnify360 stood out based on its clear value proposition, its ability to solve a key business pain, and the tremendous upside and opportunity the company offers investors. The organization’s execution to date, led by a strong executive team, was highly regarded by our panel.”

Magnify360 provides a fourth generation Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables Web sites to adapt in real-time to the behaviors of individual visitors utilizing a combination of next generation multivariate testing, real-time behavioral targeting and predictive modeling. The Magnify360 platform profiles individual visitors as they enter a site, targets the most effective on-site experience to each visitor, and converts more site visitors into leads and sales.

John Suh, CEO of LegalZoom.com and Jason Calacanis, CEO of Mahalo.com provided the opening and closing keynotes respectively.
