John Kirby, Senior Manager of Singer Lewak
John Kirby is a senior manager in the Forensic Accounting, Business Valuation and Litigation Support Practice Group at SingerLewak. John is engaged in the valuation of intangible assets, business enterprises, closely-held stock, partnership interests, debt securities, options and warrants for a variety of purposes, including transactions; strategic planning; financial reporting; corporate tax planning and compliance; gift and estate taxes; ESOPs; and litigation, including loss of business goodwill in eminent domain matters. His consulting activities also include research and analysis for litigation support purposes, the preparation and analysis of operating projections and business plans, valuation methodology and procedures review and other matters.
Jim Pitrat, Partner of SingerLewak
Jim Pitrat leads SingerLewak’s Assurance & Advisory practice where he oversees firm-wide assurance & advisory initiatives. He focus's on the following industries and focus: technology, media & entertainment, life sciences and manufacturing & distribution. Jim has experience with both private and publicly traded companies and has also advised on cost management, internal controls, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. Jim has client service responsibilities in the business sectors of investor-backed private companies and public companies.
