About our July 22nd program:
Does your marketing pass the “so what” test? Most marketers today realize they need to demonstrate their value and have established some way to measure something. But the real question is are you measuring what matters? The right metrics and measurement, data, analytics, systems, tools and processes can make all the difference in your marketing measurement and accountability initiatives. While this presentation explores best practices being used by marketers who are taking their marketing measurement and performance management efforts to the next level, the presentation takes a practical approach. Laura Patterson focuses on steps any marketer can do tomorrow to take their marketing measurement and management efforts to the next level. The session is ideal for marketing professionals and executives who want to leverage outcome-based metrics to ensure marketing objectives are measurable and designed to effectively impact the organization, to utilize performance target setting for marketing programs, and to develop better performance reports/dashboards.
Laura Patterson’s marketing and sales career spans over 30 years having worked for both large public companies such as State Farm and Motorola and as well as start ups. In 1999 she co-founded VisionEdge Marketing (www.visionedgemarketing.com), a data-driven metrics based strategic and product marketing company that specializes in improving marketing performance and helping organizations create a competitive advantage designed to attract, secure and retain profitable customers. Author of dozens of published marketing and branding articles and two books on marketing performance, Laura has served on several non-profit boards, provided programming for professional organizations such as the ANA and BMA and has served as a guest lecturer at various universities, includingStanford University. She serves on the Advisory Board for the CMO Council’s Marketing Supply Chain Institute and the Founder’s Council for the Digital Marketing Community.
